Marketing for business: start with the customer journey, then choose channels

An online store, a local service, a restaurant and a personal brand attract customers differently. We first define the demand model and where customers are lost — then choose the website, SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads and content that fit.

The same tools work differently across industries

Results depend less on how many channels you run and more on where demand appears, what builds trust, and which action creates value for the business.

Where demand comes from

A customer may look for a nearby service, compare products, browse property listings, choose a specialist, or first get to know an expert.

What builds trust

One industry relies on reviews and location; another on a catalogue, portfolio, current listings, a menu, case studies or specialist knowledge.

What counts as a result

An order, phone call, appointment, booking, qualified enquiry and purchase need different pages, data, channels and handling processes.

Find the model closest to your customer’s path

Each industry model describes a typical purchase path, common constraints and digital tools that can realistically support that path.

E-commerce

Catalogue, categories, product pages, availability, checkout and repeat purchase. Focus: a manageable shop structure, SEO, advertising and order data.

Marketing for e-commerce

Local services

The customer looks for a provider nearby and expects a clear service, trust and quick contact. Focus: website, Local SEO, Google Business Profile and advertising.

Marketing for local services

Real estate

The customer evaluates the property, location and conditions before an enquiry or viewing. Focus: current listings, website, proof and qualification of enquiries.

Marketing for real estate

Beauty

Choice centres on the service, the specialist, portfolio, reviews and convenient booking. Focus: local visibility, trust and the path to booking.

Marketing for beauty

Automotive

Service, vehicle sales and consultation need a clear offer, location, proof and a fast response. Focus: Local SEO, website and managed advertising.

HoReCa

The decision depends on the menu or offer, opening hours, location, reviews and a simple path to booking, order or visit.

Creators and personal brands

The audience should move from discovering an expert to an owned website, a clear offer, contact, registration or purchase.

Growing a personal brand

One partner owns strategy, plan and delivery

Growth Insider coordinates website development, organic visibility, local demand, advertising, content and analytics in one roadmap. We do not launch everything at once — each cycle starts from the main business constraint.

Google Ads and Meta Ads

We launch paid demand only after the offer, page, measurement and enquiry handling are ready.

Content

We prepare pages, expert materials, proof and messages that support marketing and sales.

Analytics and decisions

We connect actions to observed results and fix the decision for the next cycle.

We are responsible for strategy, roadmap, content preparation, channel coordination and delivery of the agreed scope. The business owner provides facts, access and advertising budgets, and approves key decisions.

First a professional foundation, then launch and optimisation

The minimum engagement period is three months. Month one is the most intensive: a weak foundation makes later promotion more expensive and harder to manage.

01

Month 1 — foundation

We diagnose the business and customer path, set strategy and roadmap, and review the website, analytics, SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile, content and advertising readiness.

02

Month 2 — launch priorities

We implement high-priority website changes, publish pages and content, begin SEO work and launch Google Ads or Meta Ads when data and conversion readiness support it.

03

Month 3 — optimisation

We compare enquiry quality, fix page and channel constraints, reallocate resources and approve the roadmap for the next cycle.

SEO is a cumulative channel. It is reasonable to evaluate the first stable results after 5–6 months or later — depending on niche, competition, site condition and implementation speed. This is planning guidance, not a guaranteed deadline.

Not every business needs comprehensive support

We do not expand the scope without reason. First we check whether the main constraint can be removed with one focused service.

One focused service

Fits when the bottleneck is known and does not depend heavily on other areas — for example a landing page, Local SEO, Google Ads or fixing website structure.

Ongoing support

Fits when the website, SEO, local visibility, advertising and content depend on one another and need one roadmap, priorities and decision owner.

Discuss ongoing support

First we identify where the business really loses customers

Choose the closest industry model — or describe your business model if none fits perfectly. We will say whether one service is enough or whether ongoing support makes more sense.

Frequently asked questions

Choose mainly by primary conversion and customer journey. For example, a manufacturer with a catalogue may behave more like e-commerce when the main result is an order, or more like a lead-generation / B2B model when the result is a qualified enquiry. We clarify overlaps during diagnosis.
