The controller provides the data subject, in particular, with information about his identity, contact details, purposes of processing, legal bases, and information about the data subject’s rights, when data are collected directly from that person.
2. Scope of this policy
This privacy policy covers only the processing of personal data submitted in connection with cooperation enquiries, in particular via the contact form, email, or another form of direct contact.
3. What data we may process
In connection with a cooperation enquiry, we may process data that you provide voluntarily, in particular:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name
- Message content
- Other data that you include yourself in the message or attachments
4. Purposes and legal bases for processing
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
a) Handling the enquiry and replying to a message about cooperation
The legal basis is:
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (RODO), if the enquiry concerns taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (RODO), i.e. the controller’s legitimate interest consisting in corresponding and handling enquiries
b) Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (RODO), i.e. the controller’s legitimate interest consisting in protecting his rights.
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (RODO) allows processing where it is necessary to take steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (RODO) allows processing where it is necessary for purposes arising from the controller’s legitimate interests.
5. Is providing data mandatory
Providing data is voluntary, but in practice it may be necessary to receive a reply or to begin discussions about cooperation.
6. Recipients of data
Your data may be disclosed to entities that support the controller in handling enquiries and operating the website, in particular:
- Hosting providers
- Email providers
- Contact-form providers
- Entities providing IT or administrative support
- Entities providing legal support, if necessary to protect the controller’s rights
7. Data retention period
Personal data will be stored:
- For the time necessary to handle correspondence and conduct discussions about cooperation
- After they end — for the period necessary to secure possible claims or to defend against them, where justified
8. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
As a rule, the controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing where the basis is the controller’s legitimate interest
- Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO)
The right to object applies to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR (RODO). The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of UODO (Prezes UODO).
10. Automated decision-making
Personal data submitted in connection with a cooperation enquiry are not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
11. Complaint to the President of UODO
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR (RODO), you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. UODO indicates that before lodging a complaint it is advisable to first contact the controller directly and ask for the infringement to be remedied.
12. Changes to the privacy policy
The controller may update this privacy policy where necessary due to changes in law, how the website works, or how the contact process is organised.
